Four Gears Type Head & Slide steel fabricated Revolving center, Cutters Die Steel H.C.H. use of Ball Bearings in wheels (upper & lower) Tapper roller bearings in spindles & Ball Bearings in centre of clamp, operation is only possible when the clutch is pressed & after cutting one circle the lever becomes free and the machine stops automatically. The Lower Cutter is fixed & Upper one can be put forward and back by the adjustment of bolts.
